What do you need to get started?
Step 1

Contact us so that we can come to your property, and evaluate your septic system. It may be an easy fix without needing a new system. However if a new system is needed you will need to continue to step 2.
Step 2
Please file a permit with your county's health department. We have linked Erie, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua county websites with the appropriate applications.
Step 3

The county will be in contact with you with further instructions. Permits should take 1-2 weeks to process. Please let us know when permits have been sent so we can follow up.
Building a new home?
Step 1
Contact an engineer when building a new home to design the appropriate septic system. Once you contact an engineer, they will provide you with further steps to fill a new construction permit.
Step 2
Please contact us with your engineer's name and contact information so we can obtain plans.
